We compare ourselves to others who seem better than us in some way -
They seem to know something we don’t, they’re skinnier, prettier, things just seem to come more easily to them.
The truth is, we compare ourselves because we don’t actually believe we deserve our dreams.
You might think the comparison is “making you feel” a certain way…
But in reality it’s only triggering the way you already felt.
When you don’t believe you deserve something, you won’t achieve it.
You’ll tell yourself, “I don’t really want that…”
“That would never happen for someone like me.”
Or judge / criticize people who DO have it.
You’ll lower your expectations while struggling with consistency, motivation or gaining traction.
If you want to create the soul-aligned business and life you’re meant for, you need to address this.
