Oh, a goal I've been putting off is the art of presence. I'm considering staying off most social media to live life more fully. Whenever my mind isn't in the right place, everything else seems to fall off the cliff along with it 😅 so practicing mindfulness is definitely one of my goals 💚
Love that! Social media can be fun but it definitely can become a distraction and take up way too much time. It’s so true - when your mind is right, everything else falls into place!

You're so right; we can listen to countless podcasts and read hundreds of books, but it won't make a difference if we don't have a coherent personal development plan. I'm not in the building phase of my life, but I still have goals. I didn't think I had a big three, but you've inspired me to rethink that. My big three are spirituality, health, and connection (friendship). Thanks for this gift.
